Behaviour Support
The latest rumour is that Behaviour Support in NSW is going to be 'school based' rather than 'area based' after claims that a 'school based' trial has been a success. One thing that the bean counters have missed is that the school based behaviour support teachers in the trial were themselves supported by the same 'area based' behaviour support teams the Government is seeking to abolish.

Comment by Dave W on September 19, 2009 at 2:42pm - Latest News is that the NSW Government have postponed the implentation until after the next election. I think we can all predict the result of that poll. Looks like another win for common sense, albeit wrapped up in spin.
